By leveraging almost 20 years of industry knowledge and expertise, PRIME will operate to obtain a substantial market share in strong and emerging real estate markets through efficient property acquisitions, creative repositioning and effective management practices. Our unique analytical software allows us to assess a large number of opportunities at once and convert the right ones for our investors. In addition to that, our experience has provided us with the skills necessary to identify potential issues, create solutions, and mitigate potential risk factors. Because of our longstanding relationships in the brokerage, development and capital market communities we often have first access to both on and off market opportunities.

Our Mission

Value creation for our investors and partners is our number one objective. We seek to sponsor and invest in income-generating multifamily properties that are overlooked by larger or less opportunistic investors. As a result of our uniquely structured company, PRIME has the talents needed to acquire distressed, underperforming and outdated assets, and materially improve their economics through better management, marketing and construction, or a combination of the three.

Aubrey Brisendine – Principal
Aubrey is responsible for asset management, strategic planning, value-add construction, as well as investment decisions at PRIME Multifamily Investors. His real  estate background includes asset management, development, raising capital and deal sourcing. Aubrey founded and operates Bristile Properties, a third party asset management company with assets totaling more than $250 million across five major markets. Aubrey specializes in repositioning distressed assets through aggressive management and maintenance practices. As owner of Bristile Properties, Aubrey has maintained an astonishing occupancy level of over 97 percent for his portfolio.

Aubrey is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Nelson Rusche College of Business.

Walker Molinare – Principal
Walker is responsible for acquisitions, debt and equity structuring, operations, as well as investor relations at PRIME Multifamily Investors. His background includes more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. During that time, he has worked closely with some of the largest and most successful multifamily owners, investors and operators in the U.S., and helped them to acquire, develop and dispose of a diverse class of assets ranging from low and mid-rise to high-rise and mixed-use multifamily properties across 37 state lines with a total value of over $1 billion. Previously, as a Vice President and Commercial Sales Manager at Stewart Title Company, a global leader in commercial real estate title insurance and a Fortune 1000 company, Walker used his knowledge, resources and national network in order to help grow Stewart’s local and national commercial market share.

Walker is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Marketing from the Nelson Rusche College of Business.

Jaime Rea – Chief Operating Officer
Mrs. Jaime Rea joined the management arm of PRIME, Bristile Properties, in October 2007 and currently oversees the companies’ administrative and reporting processes, accounting and human resource operations. In her role, Jaime is responsible for ensuring that the companies’ operational controls are in place and that the day-to-day financial and human resource affairs for the Prime / Bristile companies are handled in a timely and professional manner. Jaime’s previous professional experiences include accounting services for an oil and gas company and Controller for a real estate investment company, in addition to the various job roles held while she was a member of the United States Marines.

Jaime is a Lake Travis resident and has two children, Jailee and Jetyln. Mrs. Rea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Administrations.

Chase Gentile – Vice President – Construction Advisors of Texas
Mr. Chase Gentile currently serves as Vice President to construction arm of PRIME, Construction Advisors of Texas, and is responsible for overseeing the companies’ construction and renovation operations. Since joining the company in 2009, Mr. Gentile has successfully worked with owners, clients and subcontractors on over $10M of property renovations, to ensure that CATX projects are completed in a timely, professional manner and at/or under budgeted projections. Mr. Gentile has a keen eye for detail and demands quality in all facets of his work and the product provided. His involvement and oversight creates instant value to both the end-user and investor. In addition to his various duties for Construction Advisors of Texas, Mr. Gentile also provides oversight and guidance to Bristile Properties for all managed renovation projects.

Chase is a Lake Travis resident that enjoys hunting, fishing and boating. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas..

Lori Butler – Vice President of Student Housing
Ms. Lori Butler serves as Vice President of Student Housing for PRIME Multifamily Investors. In this role, Lori directs and manages the company’s rapidly growing student focused assets as well as implements proven strategies and practices that will help the company operate the properties more efficiently. Lori brings more than six years of experience in the student housing industry overseeing large, institutional grade student properties for leading corporations. Most recently, Lori served as Area Manager for American Campus Communities, where she oversaw four properties equating to 684 units/2,068 beds at any given time. Prior to joining American Campus in 2010, she worked with several other corporations such as Campus Advantage, JPI, Greystar and Asset Campus where she served in increasing capacities over her course of employment.

Lori is a graduate of Texas State University; she holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the McCoy College of Business.

Travis Downing – Controller
Upon graduation from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Travis gained experience in individual and corporate tax consulting with a CPA firm before moving into the property accounting field. Travis’s experience in real estate accounting expands both the private equity/new acquisitions market and complete property management business. He has extensive knowledge and experience of accounting for core, value-add and development grade real estate assets in both commercial and residential markets. Working in real estate management, Travis was responsible for the financial reporting of institutional class properties in compliance with REIS and GAAP standards for many high end clients and leading corporations.

Travis is a graduate of St. Edward’s University, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major of Accounting & Finance. In addition, he holds a Masters of Accounting degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

Amy Franze – Investment Portfolio Manager
Ms. Amy Franze currently serves as the Investment Portfolio Manager for PRIME and has been with the company since 2014. With over 6 years’ experience in the property management industry. Amy is responsible for implementing and enforcing PRIME’s property management systems across all 3rd party managed assets. In her role, Amy is responsible for the oversight of property operations for a number of multi-family properties in Texas and Missouri. In addition, she oversees the management services provided to over 250 single family investments across Texas.

Amy is a native Houstonian that has lived in Austin, TX since 2010. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Texas Tech University.

 

Leslie McLean Headshot

Leslie McLean – Corporate Office Manager
Mrs. McLean is responsible for assisting the PRIME executive level staff with a number of administrative, clerical, and financial duties. She oversees the daily organizing and coordinating of office operations and procedures, she provides W.O.W customer service to all prospective and existing residents, business partners, and vendors, she manages incoming tenant maintenance requests, as well as assists with creating and maintaining web and graphic design related tasks for the company. Leslie brings with her over 15 years of experience of multiple administrative jobs, and 3 years of executive assistance experience. Most recently, Leslie served as the office admin as well as executive assistant for multiple high profile venture capital associates and partners for one of the top life science venture capital firms in Texas.

Leslie is a Georgetown resident, and attended Art Institute of Austin to obtain her Bachelors of Fine Arts in Digital Video and Film production.
