PRIME plans to exercise its property acquisition expertise to obtain between three to five properties per year until it has a portfolio totaling either 20 to 25 properties or 5,000 apartment units at any one given time. PRIME will investigate property acquisition opportunities strictly in Texas until the time is right to branch out in to other emerging markets throughout the U.S.
